As many look at the bible, we see things differently. But is this correct? I believe that as believers, we need to view the Bible the same, as Paul says.
Let us look at Acts 1: 9
There it is stated that, "Now when he had spoken these things, while they watched, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight."
There are a few things we need to see here.
#1: This happened while the disciples watched.
#2: He was taken up.
#3: A cloud received him, out of their sight.
Well, it is obvious that Jesus was lifted UP off the earth. A cloud received him and took him. But the question should be, where was he taken?
The answer is found in a book of the old testament. The book of Daniel. Lets take a look at the 7th chapter and see what is taking place there.
"I continued to observe, the vision in the night, and behold, like the son of man was coming with the clouds of heaven until he came to the Ancient of Days, and approached him. Then dominion, honor, and the kingdom were given to him, and all peoples, tribes, and languages served him. His authority is an everlasting authority which shall not pass away, and his kingdom shall not be destroyed." Daniel 7: 13, 14
I see nothing about a "second coming" here. He is taken TO the Ancient of days, not to the earth. If Christians see the second coming in this, then they are seriously mistaken. How can you read this and get the second coming out of it?
Is it not obvious enough to see that he is being ushered into the presence of the Ancient of Days? What happened after he ascended into heaven? He was ushered into the presence of the Father, and given not "a" kingdom, but THE kingdom.
Let us also look at when this happened.
In 31 A.D. Jesus was crucified. That must mean that in 31 A.D. he received his kingdom. But hold on one second people, I know that this is hard to swallow. So I will make it easy for you who doubt. As is known, I am a completed believer. I believe that ALL of the prophesies were fulfilled by 68-70 A.D.
I also can prove with the way YAHVAH deals with his people, that he works in cycles, that EVERYTHING in the bible has been fulfilled. Everything. Nothing was missed, nothing is "yet" to be fulfilled.

The Living Church
It is well known that the church of the first century met in their homes. We today meet in buildings that do not have the cozy atmosphere of family. People are letting fewer and fewer "strangers" in their house. What is going on is the nation has been bombarded with stories and lies of strangers and wierdos who will attack your family at any opportunity. While it is true that break-ins do take place, and people should be aware of strangers, it is only hype to scare the public. Let in christian strangers, and your home will grow. The people that keep christians in their homes are blessed families. Have Bible studies before breeakfast, after breakfast, and throughout the day. All of the first century believers lived in this way and it is a dying art. It is not completely dead, but it takes you to keep it live. YAHVAH wants us to be a community of believers. He wants us to believe that he will keep us safe, and those of the church will help if anything does not go as planned. It is about time to start the church in your home. It is about time to reap the rewards. The rewards of the church that is in your house. May YAHVAH bless you in all you do. :)
