So what I feared has come.

Already I was told by the Arizona Highway Patrol that I am not able to walk on the freeways.  No longer will I.  Today, I made a call to the New Mexico Highway Patrol...

As they have stated to me, people are not allowed to walk on the freeway.

That is not good, and the reason, because from the Arizona/New Mexico border all the way to El Paso, TX, it is interstate the entire way.

That is the only way to get to El Paso, by the way.  I looked, and I have no choice but to dump my cart at a recycle center and get on a greyhound heading to El Paso, TX.

I hate to do this, but I have to accept reality.

Plans have changed once again...
